A playful and personal wedding punctuated by custom watercolor illustrations that highlight the rolling mountains of Stowe, Vermont

Lauren and Josh were married on August 18th on a private property in Stowe, Vermont.

After chatting with Lauren + Josh and hearing about them from Jamie and Carrie at Storied Events, we knew that we had to create a set of wedding stationery that would showcase their warm, fun personalities. Bringing together their youthful nature, storied past and the gorgeous Vermont landscape, we created a lively and romantic wedding suite with custom artistic touches. 

The save the date featured a custom illustration of the mountain view at their venue, with bright touches of purple floral to accent the landscape. Their invitation suite featured a wreath of watercolor florals in hues of blue, green, blush, and violet, setting the whimsical but romantic tone for the wedding to follow. The details cards hinted at elements you might find at their wedding, such as a bottle of bubbly or even Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, a Vermont signature! One of our favorite pieces of the wedding suite is the watercolor map that incorporated significant landmarks of Lauren + Josh’s long history along Route 89 -- From the high school where they met, to their hometowns of Boston and Montreal, to where they would tie the knot in Stowe, Vermont, each stop along the highway featured Emily’s custom illustrations.

The wedding itself was full of their fun energy and personal touches, which we also highlighted with custom watercolor illustrations throughout the wedding day stationery.
